Welcome to Elite Printing Group ("EPG," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using eliteprintinggroup.com and our standard terms for quotes, file submissions, printing, design, and related services.

Please review these terms before submitting an order. Orders are also subject to the accepted quote, approved specifications, and any written project agreement. If an agreed project-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific term controls for that work. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Website Use

You may use this website to learn about our services, request information, and conduct legitimate business with us. You agree to provide accurate information and, if acting for an organization, to have authority to submit requests, approve work, and place orders on its behalf.

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or interfere with website security or operation. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security threats.

Quotes & Order Acceptance

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the quantities, materials, specifications, and services described in the quote.

A quote request or file submission is not, by itself, an accepted order. We will confirm the scope and applicable price before proceeding. Changes to quantity, artwork, materials, finishing, delivery, or other requirements may require a revised quote and turnaround estimate.

Please confirm whether taxes, postage, shipping, design, setup, and other charges are included in your quote. We will obtain approval for additional work or charges before incurring them, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment & Production

Payment is due at the time of order unless different payment terms are agreed in writing. Any deposit or payment schedule will be stated in the applicable quote or agreement.

Production begins after we receive final proof approval and any payment required to start the job. Missing files, approvals, or required payments may delay scheduling and completion.

Artwork, Files & Customer Authorization

You are responsible for supplying the files and instructions needed for your project and for ensuring that you have permission to use the submitted text, images, logos, fonts, mailing information, and other materials.

You retain your existing rights in customer-supplied materials. By providing them for a project, you authorize EPG and the providers involved in fulfilling that project to reproduce, process, and use them as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

That authorization does not, by itself, grant permission to use your materials in unrelated advertising or a public portfolio. Ownership, licensing, and delivery of design work created by EPG, including editable source files, should be specified in the applicable project agreement.

We may decline work that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or contains material we reasonably consider inappropriate for our business.

Proof Review & Approval

Please carefully review every proof before approving it, including spelling, names, contact details, layout, dimensions, images, page order, and other visible content. Approval authorizes us to produce the work according to the approved proof and agreed specifications.

Unless proofreading or another review service is expressly included in your project, you are responsible for errors in customer-supplied content that remain visible in the proof you approve. Correcting those errors after approval may require additional charges and a revised schedule.

Proof approval does not excuse errors we introduce afterward, production defects, or a failure to meet the agreed specifications.

Color & Print Appearance

Screen displays and digital proofs may not reproduce printed colors exactly. Paper, ink, finishes, and production methods can affect the final appearance.

If precise color matching or a physical proof is important, discuss it with us before approving production so the required standard and any additional cost can be included in the project agreement. These differences do not excuse a failure to meet an expressly agreed specification.

Turnaround, Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround estimates depend on the project scope, production capacity, material availability, and timely receipt of files, approvals, and payment. Tell us about any firm deadline before ordering. A deadline is guaranteed only if we expressly agree to that commitment in writing.

Provide accurate shipping and delivery instructions and notify us promptly of changes. Carrier and postal transit times are separate from production time unless the quote states otherwise.

Material shortages, carrier interruptions, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control may affect timing. We will communicate material delays we become aware of and discuss available options. Any resulting rights or remedies are governed by the project agreement and applicable law.

Direct Mail & Branded Portals

For direct-mail projects, you are responsible for the accuracy of lists you supply and for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to use them for the requested campaign. Where list sourcing, address processing, postage, or other mailing services are included, their scope will be described in the quote or agreement.

We do not guarantee a particular marketing response or business result from a mailing campaign. Postal delivery and undeliverable mail depend in part on address accuracy and postal-service conditions.

If your organization uses a branded ordering portal, authorized users are responsible for reviewing their orders and protecting account credentials. Portal permissions, approvals, and organization-specific ordering arrangements are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. A request is not confirmed until we acknowledge what can be changed or stopped.

Before production begins, a cancellation may be subject to reasonable charges for authorized design, pre-press, setup, or other work already completed and nonrecoverable project costs already incurred. We will explain any deductions and the remaining refund or agreed credit.

Once printing, cutting, finishing, or other custom production has begun, change-of-mind cancellations generally are not eligible for a refund for work already performed or committed costs. We will review whether any remaining work can be stopped.

These cancellation terms do not remove remedies for defective work, an incorrect order caused by EPG, or other circumstances where a remedy is required by law.

Quality Concerns & Order Problems

Please inspect your order when it arrives and report visible quality concerns or discrepancies within 7 business days, where reasonably possible. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or samples so we can investigate.

If the work does not match the approved proof or agreed specifications because of an error or defect attributable to EPG, we will review an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, reprinting, a refund, or another remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

The 7-business-day request is intended to support prompt resolution. It does not eliminate rights relating to hidden defects or override notice periods or remedies provided by applicable law. Please contact us before returning any materials.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Website text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements are owned by EPG or used with permission from their owners. You may view, download, or print relevant website information for personal reference or to evaluate and use our services, while retaining ownership notices.

Other reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information, but errors or outdated details may occur. Confirm important specifications, pricing, and timing in your quote or project agreement. Website changes do not, by themselves, alter an accepted order.

Third-Party Services & Privacy

Our website may link to or use third-party platforms. Their applicable terms and privacy policies may also govern your use of their services. We do not control external websites, and linking to one does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and project data. Using a third-party provider does not remove responsibilities EPG has under its agreements or applicable law.

Website Availability & Liability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. Contact us directly if a website problem affects a quote request, file submission, or order.

To the extent permitted by law, EPG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from an interruption in access to the website. This website-related limitation does not disclaim product or service warranties, excuse defective work, or override remedies under an accepted project agreement or applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or limits any responsibility, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms and post the updated version with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not, by themselves, change an existing accepted order. Where additional notice or agreement is required, we will follow those requirements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Hampshire law and applicable federal law, without excluding mandatory protections that may apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any valid written dispute-resolution agreement.
