3. Quotes, Orders, and File Submissions
- All quotes provided by Elite Printing Group are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- Orders begin production only after final proof approval and payment (if required) are received.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. Once approved, Elite Printing Group is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
- By uploading artwork or design files, you confirm that you own or have proper authorization to use all elements within those files.
- Elite Printing Group reserves the right to refuse projects that violate copyright laws or contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.
4. Disclaimer
a. The materials and information on Elite Printing Group's website are provided “as is.” Elite Printing Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
b. Elite Printing Group does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, results, or reliability of the materials on this site or any linked site.
5. Limitations of Liability

- Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet entered production. Once printing, cutting, or finishing has begun, refunds cannot be issued.
- If an order is canceled before production begins, Elite Printing Group may refund or credit the customer’s account at its discretion, minus any pre-press or setup costs incurred.
- Quality claims must be reported within 7 business days of receiving your order, along with supporting photos or samples.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design elements displayed on this website are the property of Elite Printing Group or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Modifications
Elite Printing Group may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the most current version available.
